Whether it is just a soothing yoga class, a packed pilates session or some intense muscle building exercises, starting the day on an energized and positive note is all she needs and so do you!Malaika-Arora-Fitness-RoutineThe Intermittent Fasting Routine:
Malaika doesn’t eat anything in the morning, her last meal being at 7-7:30 in the night.
Early Morning Warm Water, Ghee or Coconut Oil (The liquid could be whatever you like–plain water, jeera water, or water with lime)
Breakfast Walnuts and A Mix of other Nuts
Lunch A proper full lunch, which includes a bit of carbs and good fats
Evening calls for a very light, healthy snack
Dinner Vegetables, or if you’re a meat-eater then meat, eggs, or a bit of legumes or lentils. Malaika divides it and makes sure to try and have as wholesome a meal as possible.

The Fitness Regime for Malaika’s ever-sizzling hot figure:
In an interview with a news daily, Malaika said, “I believe in having a routine which I choose to follow on a regular basis. I start my day with a good morning session of yoga and then I step outside to do a mix of other fitness activities as well like HIIT, walking, running, swimming and so on. Walking is a great way to improve and maintain your overall health and I make sure I do it for at least 30 minutes a day. It is a risk-free form of exercise that helps you to maintain your overall health. When I feel I have put on a little weight, I feel walking is an effective way to reduce that weight and I have also seen a lot of toning in my legs and overall body while I indulge in walking as a regular fitness exercise.”Malaika-Arora-Fitness-Routine-YogaAlong with Yoga, Malaika is a fan of Pilates too. Almost every day, she heads to workout at the Yoga studio and sometimes, she ditches yoga and heads for Pilates.  Eating right and maintaining a balance is the best way to calm your mind, body and soul. A few months ago, Malaika shared – “When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Wellness is a journey that lasts a lifetime. And it’s never about the destination, it’s about the journey itself,” shares Arora as she believes that the more you push yourself beyond your comfort zone, you strive for excellence. “Learn, unlearn and relearn.”

It’s her birthday today, and we wish her a fit, healthy, charming 48. We hope Malaika’s clean eating habit and fitness levels will inspire you and help you reach your weight loss goals.
